User levels
With the aim of facilitating the transaction process and creating a safe platform for you users, we have created user levels in three levels so that users can upload the required documents according to their usage and needs. User levels in Arzineh online include three level, the details of which can be seen below.

User level 1 in Arzineh online is for users who have registered only by mobile number or email. Since level 1 users have not provided any identity documents, their use of Arzineh online has restrictions in the field of deposits and withdrawals. Level 1 users can make unlimited cryptocurrency deposits, but Toman deposits and withdrawals are disabled at this level.
Level Two (Base)
The basic level is the first user level of authenticated users.
